Your duties and responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Managing tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
- Client billing
- Develop, coach and supervise team members
- Participate in firm growth and management
- Seek opportunities to expand learning
- Project management
- Business development
- Other duties as required
Location/Flex options
- Opportunity to work from Colorado Springs or Denver
- Some travel may be required with occasional work from home options
- Expected 40 hours per week with flexible start times
To be a successful candidate, you will have:
- Certified Public Accountant required.
- Minimum 5 – 10 years related experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude building client relationships and leadership ability
- Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office programs

The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end the salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
