Position Summary

TASKI is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across the Western U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the North America Sales Director, this remote leadership role will lead a team of Regional Account Managers while developing strategic customer and distributor relationships that accelerate profitable growth.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9-11 Regional Account Managers across the Western U.S. and Canada.
  • Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability through execution of regional business plans.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Partner with sales teams throughout the sales cycle to support opportunity development, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop and mentor newer sales representatives through coaching, ride-alongs, and field training.
  • Drive Salesforce CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial excellence.
  • Support product launches, training initiatives, and adoption of TASKI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to maximize customer value and business growth.
  • Manage regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership, business development, or commercial management experience.
  • Experience leading remote sales teams and managing geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Proven success driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and performance management skills.
  • Experience working in B2B, distribution, facility solutions, or related industries preferred.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience required.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Reliable access to an international airport.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, distributor meetings, ride-alongs, and team development activities.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,130.00 and $149,776.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
