Task Order Project Manager

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Task Order Project Manager to work for our company.

Summary:

• Must have a current U.S. Government SECRET / IT-II Clearance. (Sponsorship will not be provided)
• Serve as the project manager for large, complex task orders or a group of task orders affecting the same system.
• Coordinate with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Responsible for the overall management of specific task order(s) under the guidance of the Program Manager.
• Ensure that technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
• Assist the Program Manager in various managerial tasks.
• Must be willing and able to travel to the client site in Washington, DC approximately 25% annually.

Requirements: 

• Must have a current U.S. Government SECRET / IT-II Clearance. (Sponsorship will not be provided)
• Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields. 
• Must have a bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years of experience.
• Must be willing and able to travel to the client site in Washington, DC approximately 25% annually.
