Job Description

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience sourcing/headhunting for R&D and/or GTM roles , preferably within a SaaS organisation, or from an agency serving SaaS customers.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search , and other sourcing tools and methodologies.
  • A creative, innovative, and results-driven approach to finding and engaging talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead sourcing initiatives , advise peers, and contribute to broader TA and employer brand projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders across levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism .
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality .
  • Fluent English is required.
