About The Role

Innovative Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, utilizing social media, niche communities, events, campaigns, and any other unconventional methods you can imagine.

Talent Mapping: Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs, creating a talent pool that aligns with our company's growth plans.

Candidate Engagement: Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach, creating a compelling narrative about the opportunities at monday.com and fostering relationships with potential future hires.

Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand specific talent needs and deliver candidates that meet or exceed expectations.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging talent pools to ensure our sourcing strategies remain cutting-edge.

Data-Driven: Utilize data and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, make data-informed decisions, and continuously improve the sourcing process.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of direct sourcing, and an excellent understanding of how to use direct sourcing channels (i.e. headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, etc.)
  • Strong ability to both screen and sell an opportunity for passive candidates.
  • Data-driven practices and abilities
  • “Can-do” approach and a creative approach to sourcing
  • High level of efficiency, time management, and the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Amazing team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
