What you’ll do

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who’s obsessed with finding exceptional people before anyone else does. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers and recruiters to build world-class pipelines for high-impact roles - across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and go-to-market.

You’ll get to shape the top of the funnel, own outreach strategy, and experiment with creative ways to bring great talent into the conversation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal profiles
  • Research, map, and build strong talent pipelines across multiple disciplines
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that make candidates want to talk to Giga
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, talent databases, and social platforms to identify top talent
  • Track and manage candidate engagement in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Maintain clean, organized data to support recruiting analytics and reporting
  • Bring ideas to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate experience, and brand visibility

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing toolkit—Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, research tactics
  • Curiosity and creativity in how you find, approach, and engage talent
  • Excellent written communication—you can make a cold outreach message feel warm
  • Hustle mindset: fast, organized, and resourceful
  • Bonus: experience sourcing in energy, manufacturing, or technical industries

Pay Transparency

The range provided below is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning it includes both the commission / bonus target and annual base salary for the role (if applicable). This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Giga and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include 401(k) plan plus subsidized medical, dental, and vision benefits.
