The Talent Operations Specialist keeps our recruiting engine running smoothly. This highly collaborative role drives improvements across recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience. The specialist partners with recruiters, Compensation, Finance, HR, Legal, and external vendors to keep the recruiting function running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- ATS Management: Lead data integrity efforts in Lever and enable the team through standardized, tested practices.
- Background Checks: Initiate, track, and audit pre-employment background checks to ensure completion and compliance
- Employee Referral Program: Oversee the employee referral program and track bonuses
- Job Requisitions: Open requisitions and ensure accuracy
- Offer Letters: Draft, review, send, and manage all offer letters
- Process Documentation & TA Support: Build process guides, assist recruiters, and provide operational support
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in recruiting or HR
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, partnering effectively across teams including Compensation, Finance, HR, Legal, and executives
- Familiarity with pre-employment background checks
- Experience working with an Application Tracking System (ATS)
