How you’ll make an impact:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Management and Learning Specialist to support and drive enterprise-wide talent management and learning initiatives. This role will be a key partner in shaping a high-performance culture by managing core talent programs, enhancing organizational capability, and fostering employee engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of analytical thinking, project management, and facilitation skills to support organizational growth and employee development.  A forward-thinking mindset with an interest in leveraging AI-driven insights and creating scalable, effective people processes will be key to success in this role. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our workforce is equipped, engaged, and ready for the future.

What you'll do:

Talent Management

  • Lead and support key talent processes such as talent mapping, succession planning, and performance management
  • Create and roll out resources, training, and insights, that enable HRBPs and leaders to successfully navigate the processes and inform decision making around development, workforce planning, and internal mobility
  • Help cultivate a strong pipeline of internal talent through proactive development and internal movement and promotion strategies

Performance & Goal Management

  • Oversee the annual performance review and goal setting - which we call Boomi Plan on a Page or BPOP processes - including strategy, design, and training
  • Ensure leaders are equipped to effectively navigate these processes through well-designed systems and communications, driving timely and meaningful engagement
  • Continuously improve performance practices by incorporating employee feedback, business needs, and AI-driven data insights

Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement a variety of employee engagement surveys and work with HRBPs and people leaders to translate results into actionable insights
  • Drive initiatives that enhance connection, retention, and a culture of growth, using data and analytics to prioritize actions that matter most

Learning & Development

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including administration, system configuration, course management, user support, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and engaging learner experience
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business stakeholders to identify training needs; select and curate relevant content, recommend innovative, tech-enabled learning solutions, and support a comprehensive learning strategy that promotes employee growth and prepares internal talent for future roles

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze talent, performance, and engagement data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Leverage data analytics and AI tools to generate predictive insights that drive strategic talent decisions and inform leadership actions
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting to enable a continuous cycle of improvement across programs

 

The Experience you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning administration, or related HR functions.
  • Proven experience managing talent processes (talent mapping, succession planning, performance management)
  • Expertise in LMS Platforms with deep understanding of the features, functionalities, and standards of various e-learning systems and content libraries
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, while tracking progress and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $91,000 - $120,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
