Job Description:

   

As a Talent Enablement Program Manager at HPE, you will play a pivotal role in driving and enhancing our career development strategy. You will manage and promote comprehensive career development programs and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our Workday applications. This role demands a deep understanding of Talent priorities and the ability to leverage Workday’s capabilities to meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Hub Management:

  • Oversee the management, promotion, and continuous enhancement of career hub applications within Workday.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDXI (HR systems) team to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of the career hub.

Strategic Utilization of Talent Priorities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of HPE’s Talent priorities to effectively leverage Workday capabilities.
  • Evaluate and utilize career hub metrics to drive strategic decisions and enhancements.

Change Management:

  • Partner with the HR enablement team to ensure the successful implementation of change management initiatives.
  • Identify and address any gaps in change management processes to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Content Development and Management:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of content for the talent website.
  • Ensure the website aligns with HPE's talent strategy and provides an excellent user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, informative, and optimized content for various talent functions.

Project Management:

  • Utilize strong project management skills to drive the successful execution of talent programs and initiatives.
  • Manage multiple talent projects as needed to support the Talent Chief of Staff and the broader Talent organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including Talent leadership, HR systems, HR enablement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of talent initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience with a focus on development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in Workday applications and their capabilities are preferred
  • Creative abilities to design and enhance content that aligns with strategic talent objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and utilize career hub metrics effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in change management and the ability to drive effective change within an organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent management and development strategies. They will possess a unique combination of Workday expertise, project management proficiency, and creative skills. The candidate should be adept at collaboration, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization. The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $101,900.00 - $234,500.00
