  • Identify and remove organisational barriers to commercial revenue growth

Talent & Organisational Capability

  • Lead organizational design initiatives required for growth
  • Embed disciplined performance management

Culture & Engagement

  • Convert engagement insights into measurable actions
  • Activate a compelling EVP in a competitive U.S. talent market

Risk & Governance

  • Own U.S. employee relations case load
  • Manage payroll for North America
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment law
  • Mitigate risk while upholding company values

    Qualifications

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven HR Business Partner experience, ideally in growth environments
    • Strong commercial acumen — you understand revenue drivers and margin impact
    • Confidence and capability influencing senior leaders
    • High capability in performance management, engagement and change management
    • Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law
    • Analytical, pragmatic, and results oriented

    Preferred:
Consumer goods experience. Outdoor industry exposure. Experience supporting rapid growth.
