Role Overview

  • Architect a flawless end-to-end interview experience, from scheduling to feedback collection.
  • Innovate and implement new strategies for virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Serve as the central communication hub, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine our ATS and scheduling systems.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges to ensure a seamless candidate journey.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $73,000 - $93,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long-term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
