Denver, CO · Full-time

Boom Supersonic is building the breakthrough Overture supersonic airliner and the Superpower natural gas turbine—machines that push the boundaries of physics, manufacturing, and industrial ambition.

But extraordinary companies are built not just on engineering talent, but on how they treat people—especially the ones considering joining.

That’s where you come in.

Not a traditional coordinator role

As a Talent Coordinator, you won’t manage calendars, you’ll shape the candidate journey and set the tone for what it means to engage with Boom. Working alongside a small, high-performance recruiting team, you’ll help design and run the hiring process for engineers, manufacturing leaders, and other critical hires who will shape the company’s future.

You’ll be part of a small, high-performance recruiting team responsible for building one of the most ambitious hardware companies of this century. Every engineer, every manufacturing leader, every critical hire will move through a process you help design and operate.

At Boom, coordination is strategic, and you’ll ensure every candidate’s first experience reflects the ambition and excellence of what we’re building.

You’ll be the person who ensures that a candidate’s first in-person experience matches the ambition of the machines we’re building.

The mission

We’re scaling rapidly—particularly across engineering and manufacturing. That means, complex interview loops, travel from around the country, and tight coordination between recruiters, hiring managers, and executives.

You will: own scheduling for virtual and on-site interviews, coordinate candidate travel seamlessly, host candidates and guide them through their day, ensure interviewers are well-prepared, maintain pristine data hygiene in our ATS, and anticipate and solve problems before they arise. Expect to be stretched and wear multiple hats: you’ll also be owning projects in addition to coordination, such as improving templates, organizing events along with marketing, etc.

You’ll work in close partnership with recruiters who are doing the sourcing and closing work—and selling candidates (even those we end up turning down) is part of everyone’s job.

This job is demanding and rewarding

The margin for error is low. Attention to detail is non-negotiable.

You will manage dozens of moving pieces simultaneously. You’ll need to be structured, proactive, and calm under pressure. You’ll interface with executives, senior engineers, and candidates evaluating life-changing career decisions.

If you’re looking for a passive coordination role where “good enough” works, this isn’t it. If you take pride in flawless execution and creating experiences that people remember, keep reading.

The primary reward is ownership: you will shape how the world’s top talent experiences Boom. You’ll be well compensated with competitive cash and meaningful equity. More importantly, you’ll build the team that builds history.

If that excites you, click apply and let us know why you’re excited.

Compensation
The Base Salary Range for this position is $73,000 - $93,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Boom’s total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include long-term incentives/equity, a flexible PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.

There is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the search is no longer active.
