WHO WE NEED:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play an important role in supporting our corporate hiring initiatives. This position manages full-cycle recruiting efforts, and collaborates with hiring managers to identify, attract and secure top talent.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Recruiter Lite
- Strategic mindset and ability to balance speed, quality, and experience
- Skilled in developing and using Boolean searches to uncover hard to fill talent
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working cross-functionally with hiring managers and HR business partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting within B2B SaaS
- Experience in modern ATS platforms (Gem is a nice to have), recruiting tools, and data-driven decision-making
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class recruiting experience, from hiring needs discussion to offer negotiation and acceptance
- Drive full-cycle hiring for intern, early career, and associate level roles
- Proactively source and engage passive talent through strategic outbound efforts
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines using tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process improvements based on talent trends and best practices
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 15%
