JOB OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven, and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, People. You'll play a crucial role in building a world-class organization while contributing to a positive and supportive team culture. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top talent across various teams, with a strong focus on technical and engineering roles.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and engaging job descriptions through curated in-take meetings.
- Proactively source top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks.
- Utilize Slack channels to engage with various teams and promote open roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and ensure a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Oversee all job postings and processes within the Applicant Tracking System (Workable).
- Accelerate hiring timelines by moving recruitment efforts forward efficiently.
- Generate and send offer letters using Rippling.
- Maintain a current library of accurate and compliant job descriptions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
- Train employees on effective interview best practices.
- Support the People team with various HR generalist tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully filling technical and engineering roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience with Workable is a plus.
- A "get it done" attitude with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment is preferred.
