About the Role
theFace HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client partners. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for client roles
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Manage candidate pipelines in ATS (Zoho Recruit)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates
- Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders
