Voltage Park is on a mission to make machine learning infrastructure accessible to all, from large enterprises and research universities to seed-stage startups and nonprofits. Providing seamless access to compute with pricing and inventory transparency is the future of access to GPUs, and we are the only cloud provider offering a platform that shows all available GPUs with transparent, market-based pricing, in addition to long-term reserve contracts for our customers.

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcing Focus) to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role that combines sourcing with recruiting and project coordination. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top technical talent—particularly software engineers—while also taking on some light recruiting work and project coordination/process optimization.

What You’ll Do
  • Source: Proactively identify and engage candidates, with an emphasis on senior-level software engineering and technical talent

  • Recruit: full-cycle recruiting for inbound pipelines on roles in IT, technical support and associate software engineers, as needed

  • Own Projects: Manage candidate pipelines, coordinate multiple hiring initiatives, and support ATS migrations and optimizations

  • Optimize with AI: Leverage AI-driven tools to automate workflows, improve candidate matching, and streamline recruiting processes

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sourcing experience with a successful track record working on software engineering roles.

  • 2+ years in talent acquisition, technical recruiting, or related roles

  • Strong understanding of software engineering skill sets, hiring markets, and career paths.

  • Passion for using AI and automation to improve recruiting processes

  • Experience with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics

  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with ATS migrations or implementations

Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
