  • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including coordinating equipment shipments, in-person orientation events, new hire core content training, and the scheduling of 90-day new hire reviews.

Quality, Standards & Compliance

  • Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding, interview best practices, and hiring initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Additional Expectations at the Specialist III Level

  • Own the most complex and hard-to-fill technical requisitions independently, seeking guidance only on unusual cases.
  • Advise hiring managers on talent market conditions and sourcing strategy for their teams.
  • Mentor junior recruiting and coordination staff and review their screening work.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned or directed.
