We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help grow and strengthen our team and continue bringing delightful experiences to our players.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing applications and supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process

  • Sourcing candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, professional communities, and messaging platforms

  • Screening CVs and questionnaires to identify the most relevant profiles

  • Closely collaborating with recruiters across all sourcing areas.

Our ideal candidate
  • Has genuine passion for games

  • Overall recruitment experience of at least 1 year

  • Experience with ATS and different kinds of sourcing channels

  • English language proficiency at level B2 or higher.

    • Candidates from Russia and Belarus are required to relocate to Cyprus for this role.
