Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of others! We are looking for a High Volume Recruiter for our Talent Acquisition team.

Position Overview:

As FreedomCare continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquistion Recruiter to help us scale.  This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings an entrepreneurial mindset, and loves building teams that drive change. 

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a key role in our national expansion by leveraging your relationship building skills, creativity and proactive approach to talent acquisition. 

Responsibilities & Scope:

  • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: From sourcing to closing with a sense of urgency and accountability for every open role.  Deliver a high quality experience to both candidates and hiring managers. 
  • Proactively source and attract passive candidates: Use creative sourcing strategies and referral networks to fill hard-to-fill and high impact roles.  
  • Be a true thought partner to hiring managers: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning on role requirements to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, while staying abreast of current and future hiring needs. 
  • Stay curious and data-driven: Track trends, analyze funnel metrics, and adjust approach to improve time to fill and quality of hire. 
  • Support talent acquisition process improvement: Maintain a builder mindset to continuously improve how we recruit, identifying areas of opportunity in tools, workflows and communication.

  • Our hiring managers trust you as a strategic partner who brings solutions to the table. 
  • You have strong pipelines driven by active sourcing and not just inbound applicants. 
  • Build strong networks in your assigned departments and build relationships with professional organizations, universities and industry contacts. 
  • You follow through, you drive hiring projects to the finish line. 
  • You bring new ideas to the table, helping the team improve how we recruit. 

Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment. 
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (30+ requisitions at a time) across multiple functions or locations
  • Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets and tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sourcing expertise using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and conversion rates
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize requisitions based on business urgency and hiring needs
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates. 
  • Solution-centric, with an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving. 
  • Experience using an ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter. 

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Healthcare, startup or agency recruiting background. 
  • Experience recruiting high volumes roles across multiple states 
  • Background in agency recruitment or RPO environments
  • Experience conducting hiring events, job fairs, or large-scale interview days
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter or advanced sourcing tools
  • Experience implementing process improvements or automation in recruiting workflows
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $80,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
