ABOUT THIS ROLE

Apex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator to join the global talent team supporting the entire employee lifecycle. This role is perfect for a recent graduate eager to launch their career in Human Resources by gaining exposure to recruitment, event planning, program development, employee engagement, employer brand, and talent development.

 

The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment events, executing talent & employer brand programs, supporting career development workshops, and fostering an incredible candidate and employee experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, energy, and enthusiasm to grow in HR while collaborating on impactful projects.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist with full-cycle program management, from planning and recruitment to onboarding, development workshops, and program evaluation.  

  • Coordinate and execute recruitment events, including scheduling interviews, organizing fairs, and preparing logistical materials.  

  • Support the creation and delivery of talent development workshops and initiatives designed to engage and grow talent.  

  • Manage program-related tasks, such as keeping requisitions updated, tracking data, and reporting recruitment metrics.  

  • Partner with external stakeholders, universities, and vendors to promote Apex programs and ensure operational success.  

  • Provide on-site and virtual support for recruiting events, development workshops, and team initiatives, reinforcing Apex’s commitment to creating a positive employee experience.  

  • Support the broader Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and L&OD teams. 

  • Travel to attend recruitment fairs, campus visits, and talent development events as required.  

 

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required

  • Internship or experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, event planning, or project management is strongly preferred.  

  • Leadership experience in campus organizations such as fraternities, sororities, or student councils is a plus. 

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever), campus recruiting platforms (e.g., RippleMatch, Handshake), scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook/Rooster), and project management tools (e.g., monday.com, JIRA, Confluence)

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent events and tasks with strong attention to detail, deadlines, and follow-through.

  • Ability to plans and execute end-to-end event logistics (scheduling, room/booth setup, materials, vendor coordination) for on-site and virtual events.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and adheres to company policies and applicable regulations

  • Ability to learns quickly, embrace change, and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the candidate experience.

  • Ability to works cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and L&OD teams; gives and receives feedback constructively.

  • Ability to maintain accurate data in ATS/HRIS, track pipelines and KPIs, and creates basic reports and dashboards

  • Skill in clear, professional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to groups and interacting with candidates, hiring teams, and university partners.

  • Skill in building effective relationships with career services, faculty, student organizations, vendors, and internal stakeholders; customer-service mindset.

  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.

Work Environment

  • This job operates in a hybrid, office environment 3 days per week.
