The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a vital role in supporting Atom Computing’s people function. They will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle including; sourcing strategy, interview process and candidate experience.  The Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure recruiting processes remain efficient and aligned with the company hiring goals and culture. This role will partner closely with the VP of Human Resources, HR Business Partner, leadership and hiring managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process; coordinate and schedule phone screens and face-to-face interviews. Coordinate with managers to ensure applicants receive responses in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the organization hire high-quality talent quickly while maintaining a strong candidate experience
  • Ensure hiring processes are structured, consistent and aligned with company standards
  • Continuously improve recruiting operations to increase speed, quality and efficiency
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure clarity on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
  • Lead, coach, and develop hiring managers through the interview process, creating impactful job descriptions, candidate evaluation, in making strong timely hiring decisions, and maximize recruiting efficiency
  • Ensure candidates have positive and professional experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure communication with candidates is clear, timely and respectful
  • Partner with VP and HR Business Partner on other HR related tasks that may pop up from time to time

Experience & Education:

  • BS/BA in Business or related field preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of functions

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing effective recruiting strategies for high volume hiring
  • Experience with proactive sourcing and diligent follow up to secure competitive talent
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality within the work environment
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and oral
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy with proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite, Excel and Microsoft Word software
  • Experience with Lever (applicant tracking system), a plus

The base salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, we offer a bonus plan and incentive stock options for equity in the company.
