- Partner strategically with hiring managers to define roles, shape hiring plans, and guide decisions.
- Source and attract top talent across commercial and technical roles using personalized, high-impact approaches.
- Leverage tech and data to optimize hiring workflows (Greenhouse & Workday) and drive smarter decisions.
- Collaborate globally to evolve our recruiting processes and embrace AI-powered hiring.
- A growth mindset and curiosity—more interested in learning than just checking boxes.
- Resilience and adaptability—you thrive in change and ambiguity.
- Collaborative leadership—you lead informally, share generously, and care deeply about inclusion.

- This is a new headcount role within People Operations.
- You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of 5, all local to Denver.
- No travel required, but monthly onsite meetings and quarterly team gatherings are encouraged.
- Qualified candidates can expect a base salary between $74,000.00 and $92,000.00
