Description

Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities — including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. We're in a period of significant growth. There's an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape - and every hire changes the trajectory of the company.

About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, an experienced, full-cycle recruiter who works differently than most. You don't rely on job boards and cold outreach alone. You've built a real, personal network over the course of your career: people who know you, trust you, and pick up when you call. You bring candidates a level of care and attention that feels more like a trusted advisor than a transactional recruiter. You listen, you follow up, you make people feel genuinely looked after throughout the process.

This role exists because we believe that kind of relationship-driven recruiting, deep networks and high-touch candidate experience, is something we can build inside our own team, instead of outsourcing it to external agencies or headhunters.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization (GTM and beyond): sourcing, screening, interview process management, and closing.
  • Source proactively across various platforms and tools, blending modern AI-assisted sourcing with your own network and direct outreach.
  • Lead with relationships: reach candidates through your own professional network, not just inbound applications or cold sourcing.
  • Give every candidate a high-touch, closely-managed experience: clear communication, real attention, and a process that reflects well on Upwind.
  • Fully unlock our internal potential: referrals, employee networks, and every internal connection we have, as a real, ongoing source of talent, not an afterthought.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, and stay aligned with team goals and standards.
Requirements

What We're Looking For

Must-have

  •  Proven experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting: sourcing, screening, process management, closing.
  • A real, established professional network built over your career, not just online connections, but relationships people actually respond to.
  • A relationship-first way of working. You'd rather spend real time getting a placement right than move fast and loose across a large volume.
  • Comfort and fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology. You seek these tools out, you don't avoid them.

Nice-to-have

  • A background that naturally built a strong network, for example a professional community, or years of activity within a specific industry network.
  • Prior experience as an external recruiter or headhunter with a track record of network-based, not just inbound, placements.
  • Deep familiarity with the EMEA/ UK recruiting landscape.
