At monday.com, we're scaling fast—and attracting the best talent across Latin America is one of our top priorities. We’re looking for a strategic and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner based in Brazil to help us grow our LATAM teams and support hiring across all business units.You'll play a critical role in identifying top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and leading the full-cycle recruiting process. This is a high-impact role with room for ownership, creativity, and collaboration across our global hubs, with a primary focus on recruiting in Brazil and all of LATAM.

Please note this is a hybrid role working 3 days/week from our São Paulo office.


About The Role
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles across LATAM.
  • Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and manage candidate pipelines through to hire.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, sharing market insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Write compelling job descriptions tailored to local markets and business needs.
  • Source top talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, local platforms, and creative outreach methods.
  • Build a strong and diverse talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and culture.
  • Continuously optimize processes and suggest improvements based on metrics and feedback.

Requirements
  • 2-3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience working with international teams and adapting to cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a creative approach to engaging passive talent.
  • Skilled in various interview techniques (structured, behavioral, etc.).
  • Comfortable with HR systems, ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever), and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Positive, proactive, and highly organized with a passion for people and growth.
