About the RoleThe Talent Acquisition Partner III is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing advanced recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategy, proactively managing talent pipelines, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner III will mentor junior team members, utilize data to influence recruitment decisions, and build strong networks of potential candidates through market research and relationship management.This role involves developing and implementing advanced recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates while sourcing talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. It requires conducting in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. The role also entails maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines. Additionally, responsibilities include preparing job descriptions and postings in collaboration with hiring managers, participating in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company, and ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication. Collaboration with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive recruitment strategies is essential, as is mentoring and leading other recruiting team members. Proactively managing talent pipelines and building a network of potential candidates through market research and relationship management are key aspects of the role. Furthermore, the role involves utilizing data to influence decisions throughout the recruitment lifecycle and supporting other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.About You

Minimum Qualifications:- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
- Typically 5+ years of related experience.
- May mentor or lead other recruiting team members.
- Possesses in-depth recruiting knowledge and works with business leaders and talent acquisition managers to drive strategy.
- Experience managing talent pipelines and candidate experiences by consulting leaders.
- Experience building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Experience conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates.
- Advanced experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to leverage data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Strong technical knowledge of social media recruiting and employer branding.
- Experience with advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and X-ray searches.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
- Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead recruitment initiatives.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$102,941.00 - $141,543.50Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
