What You’ll Be Doing
Having grown substantially in the last two years with no sign of slowing down, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven ability to take extreme ownership of building scalable Centers of Excellence, global candidate experiences, and advising hiring managers of talent, hiring plans, executing a best-in-class hiring and interview process, candidate and hiring panel feedback, and ATS management. You will have an inherent customer-provider relationship with other Centers of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- You will play a critical role in executing BeatStars’ strategic candidate and hiring experience, ultimately owning BeatStars’ employer brand recognition and ensuring best-in-class execution for technical and non-technical roles.
- Advise the people team leadership on talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
- Build a best-in-class full life-cycle recruiting engine; top-of-funnel, middle, and bottom-of-the-funnel.
- Ensure appropriate communication once an offer is executed to other CoEs to execute pre-onboarding.
- Have a deep business understanding of all functions to execute global inbound and outbound recruiting strategies.
- Manage our relationship with our ATS provider, Greenhouse, and our partnership with BrightHire.ai.
- Own and manage BeatStars’ Career Page; ensure transparency of our process and culture is represented.
- Own and manage employer branding platforms, such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn (and employer responses).
- Ensure all roles have job descriptions and support hiring managers in job description creation, ensuring all JDs align with the BeatStars brand and format.
- Drive BeatStars' global hiring process, job intake forms, and gathering data points that adhere to BeatStars’ comp philosophy for budget approvals prior to all roles going live
- Ensure global compliance with laws and regulations; GDPR/California privacy notices are on our jobs board and applicant tracking systems.
- Establish strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate on org design and job leveling conversations as an advisor to hiring managers; partner with People Operations to ensure alignment of job leveling and compensation.
- Manage BeatStars’ employer brand; execute the strategy; build relationships with partners, universities, job boards, etc.
- Have a key understanding of talent gaps and upskilling needs throughout the organization; partner with the Activation & Growth CoE.
- Build and manage the BeatStars Internship Program and lead the development of university relationships.
- Ensure all hiring managers and panelists complete BeatStars Hiring & Interview Bootcamp; Provide continuous education to hiring managers and hiring panelists when there’s a lack of alignment/biases occur.
- Update and manage TA programming (bootcamp), process updates, tool education, etc., throughout the calendar year.
- Inherently have a deep understanding of passion for customer orientation; delivering on our SLAs for candidate and employee questions, needs, and support.
- Build and maintain Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding internal knowledge base in Confluence.
- Attend various learning events and webinars to ensure BeatStars is staying competitive to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage recruiting and other key reporting metrics to guide data-driven decisions; Drive team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and Talent Acquisition Metrics.
- Execute proactive, timely, and strategic communications to employees, stakeholders, and others as necessary, ensuring transparency and clarity of receivers as a result.
- Develop visuals, decks, and marketing materials as you are shipping talent acquisition “products” to employees and candidates.
- Establish innovative research & global sourcing methods for niche roles.
- Manage to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and stakeholder relationships.
- Effectively navigate ambiguous scenarios, work in a self-directed environment, and grasp concepts quickly in response to new assignments.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role; 3+ years of experience in a SaaS/B2C marketplace environment, recruiting technical and non-technical roles on a global scale
- Familiarity with managing recruiting tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, Fetcher, LinkedIn Recruiting, etc.)
- Ability to coach, guide, and handle objections within recruitment processes and best practices at all levels (C-Suite to new managers)
- Comfortable adapting to new technology and experienced with AI-driven recruiting tools (such as BrightHire, Fetcher, Gem, eightfold.ai, HireVue, etc.) to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Deep understanding of customer orientation
- Independent and technically strong
- Skilled at differentiating between AI-assisted responses and authentic candidate capabilities during interviews
- Able to manage end-to-end work
- Demonstrable competency in executing a strategic plan and a marketing mindset
- Have a design-thinking approach to work
- Sound judgment and aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Highly evolved Emotional Intelligence and vested in continuous leadership development
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues

Compensation:
This salary/OTE range represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles only) range for this position, and is subject to change. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Salary/OTE is just one component of our total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for additional benefits and perks that BeatStars has to offer.
The remote US salary range for this role is $90,000-$106,000. For candidates based in Seattle, San Francisco, Austin, Miami, or New York, the salary range for this role is $99,000-$117,000.
