What You’ll Do:
As our Talent Acquisition Manager/Sr. Manager you'll:
- Coach & Develop Recruiters: Lead, mentor, and empower your team to achieve their best. Provide constructive feedback, set clear goals, and create a supportive environment that fosters growth and accountability.
- Execute Recruiting Strategies: Lead recruiters in delivering top talent to the organization and align recruitment tactics in order to achieve hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Demonstrate Business Acumen: Utilize data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies. Make informed decisions with limited information, identify areas for process improvement, and align hiring practices with organizational goals.
- Adapt to Change: Navigate shifting priorities and evolving business needs with resilience. Learn new tools and skills swiftly, and adjust your approach to ensure continued success in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit Managerial Courage: Confront challenges head-on with integrity and compassion. Make tough decisions aligned with long-term goals, even when they're uncomfortable or unpopular.
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting with deep knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various roles.
- Experience in the education services or healthcare industry a plus.
- Experience in managing or leading a team of recruiting professionals, overseeing recruitment processes, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics to assess and improve hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking and human capital management systems, like Workday, and sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
