Position Overview

This role can be based remotely in the United States or at any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; Ashburn, VA; Port Washington, WI; or West Texas.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in the recruitment process within Vantage Data Centers. This role involves supporting the talent acquisition team by coordinating and managing various recruitment activities to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, communicating with applicants, and assisting with onboarding new hires. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Job Functions

Recruitment Support: 

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to learn core processes. 

  • Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and company websites. 

  • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm phone, video, and in person interviews across multiple time zones utilizing Microsoft Teams between candidates and hiring managers.  

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities. 

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide feedback to recruiters and hiring managers. 

  • Coordinate with TA Partners and hiring managers to support the recruiting lifecycle. 

  • Responsible for recruitment lifecycle of summer internship program and providing weekly updates to Learning and Development. 

Candidate Management: 

  • Operate as a champion of the Vantage brand during interactions with candidates and employees.  

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and answering inquiries. 

  • Ensure all touch points within the recruiting process promote an excellent candidate experience and processes are moving swiftly without delays. 

  • Manage candidate records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. 

Interview Coordination: 

  • Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared. 

  • Prepare interview materials and ensure interviewers have all necessary information. 

Collaboration: 

  • Assist Manager, Total Rewards with Job Posting edits.  

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment strategies and initiatives. 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide administrative support. 

  • Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees. 

Administrative Tasks: 

  • Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and metrics to the Talent Acquisition team and senior management. 

  • Maintain recruitment calendars, track key deadlines and milestones, and update team spreadsheets to track hiring activities in Excel. 

  • Conduct third-party supplier risk and onboarding processes for Talent Acquisition vendors.

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager. 

  • Additional duties as assigned by Management 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or relevant experience. 

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support, preferably in the data center or technology industry. 

  • Experience supporting Recruiting Team hiring across multiple geographies is preferred.  

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Executive presence, outstanding written and communication skills, and demonstrated attention to detail required. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Workday and HRIS is preferred. 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 

  • Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations) 

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
