Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Aspen Snowmass is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. This position is the first point of contact for our employees and seeks to provide the match between candidates and their career path within the resort. This role is for a detail orientated, computer savvy, go getter who works well in both a team and autonomous environment. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- The seasonal dates for this position are June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for screening candidates for high volume positions via phone & reviewing job seeker information contained within Smart Recruiters (ATS)
- Cross checks different technology platforms including Kronos to ensure employee status
- Provides a primary point of contact for candidates interested in jobs at the company and acts as an advisor to candidates on how to achieve short- and long-term career goals
- Utilize ATS to maintain candidate records and data, including reporting to ensure recruiting progress
- Ensures regular communication with hiring / department managers on progress of recruitment for roles, including updates on percentage staffed and closing feedback loops
- Troubleshoots and problem solves and issues as it relates to established service level agreements through positive relationships and escalation
- Direct hire candidates into the company per assigned departments
- Schedules onboarding for candidates
- Assists with training hiring managers on ATS use and develops ways to hold them accountable to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assists with creative sourcing of candidates through a variety of channels including internet, cold calling, networking, referrals, and social networks
- Assists with coordination of job fairs, programs, projects, community events and the TA calendar of events
- Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree a plus
- 1 year of experience in a professional environment or working in a fast-paced, highly seasonal resort environment required
- 1 year of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google product suites
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Familiarity with company rules, regulations, and operating standards
- Understanding of how to assist candidates to meet their needs effectively
- Basic industry terminology
- Ability to handle confidential related information and be on a computer and phone the majority of the workday required
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Ability to do basic problem-solving
- Ability to identify straightforward issues and propose simple solutions
- Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and candidates
- Strong Attention to detail
- Ability to notice and address small discrepancies in work or candidate or manager feedback
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, completing work at a high standard
- Ability to be a team player, working collaboratively with others
- Ability to develop strong working relationship with those contacted in the course of work
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, bend or be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Regularly work in wet, cold, hot conditions requiring the use of protective apparel/equipment to prevent exposure to the elements and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces
- Must be able to frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
