The Opportunity
We are building out our US GTM hiring function and are looking for a curious, driven, and people-first Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the team for 3/6 months.
This is a learning-first role. We are not hiring for a set of prior achievements. We are hiring for someone who has the hunger to understand how great recruiting works, the communication skills to build real relationships with candidates, and the drive to show up and do the work every single day.
You will work directly alongside our TA Team, supporting the full end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based Go-To-Market roles including Enterprise Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and more.
If you are early in your career and want a front-row seat to how a high-growth SaaS company builds its GTM team in the United States, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
- Own outbound outreach to US-based candidates across email, LinkedIn, and phone to drive candidate interest and get them onto screening calls
- Write compelling, personalised messages that reflect Sprinto's brand and communicate the opportunity clearly
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the funnel and ensure a great experience at every touchpoint
- Represent Sprinto authentically and help build our employer brand in the US market through every interaction
- Learn and operate the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, screening, coordination, and pipeline management
- Use sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and qualify strong candidate profiles
- Manage candidates through the ATS and maintain clean, accurate pipeline data at all times
- Coordinate interviews across multiple US time zones and ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers

What We Are Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can write a message that gets read and have a conversation that builds trust.
- Genuine curiosity about recruiting, talent, and how companies grow their GTM teams
- The drive to send the message, pick up the phone, follow up, and keep going even when response rates are low
- Some exposure to recruiting, HR, sales, or any work that involved reaching out to people and building relationships. This does not need to be formal experience.
- Comfort with tools and technology. You pick things up quickly and do not shy away from learning new platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, especially around candidate communication and scheduling
- Prior internship or project work in a recruiting, HR, or talent function
- Familiarity with any ATS or sourcing tools
- Experience working in or hiring for B2B SaaS or tech environments
We care far more about who you are than what you have done before. That said, here is what will set you up for success:
