This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the line of business, the position may perform some or all of the below functions:

  • Pre-screen applicants for minimum requirements to match individual and regional needs and distribute to centers as appropriate
  • Effectively use Applicant Tracking System to manage applicants and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with centers to achieve an accurate understanding of current openings and develop recruiting strategy to fit the needs of your region
  • Maintain regional recruiting resources for regions directly supported e.g. displays
  • Strengthen networking relationships and further build a pipeline for future openings with ECE professionals
  • Coordinate annual company representation on campus including career fairs, on campus interviews and classroom presentations
  • Follow all company, state and federal legal guidelines for interviewing and hiring

Qualifications:

  • AA or BA degree preferred
  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills; computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, database)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated excellence in customer service skills
  • Prior experience with recruiting and interviewing strongly preferred
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent follow through skills and enjoy working with people
  • Must be flexible with schedule, open to some travel and able to work from a remote/home office

Salary/Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Disclosures:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
