Role Overview:
As the Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) Lead for the T901 engine programs, you will play a pivotal role in driving program execution efficiency and ensuring compliance with U.S. Government Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements. This role is on−site/hybrid/remote and involves leading the IMS team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring new schedulers. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the T901 engine program and GE Aerospace’s mission to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Director in developing and implementing best practices and standard work scope templates to enhance efficiencies in program execution.
  • Lead the T901 IMS team to create and maintain program integrated master schedules for T901 engine programs.
  • Work directly with Engineering Control Account Managers (CAMs) to execute recurring required statusing.
  • Collaborate with the EVM Finance team to meet all U.S. Government customer EVM cost and schedule reporting requirements.
  • Promote and build a close-knit working environment with the Engineering and EVM Finance teams.
  • Support monthly customer program reviews and deliverable reports.
  • Develop and implement IMS best practices and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership for IMS support and mentor new schedulers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in aviation, engineering, or a related field).
  • Scheduling experience on Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the critical path management process.
  • Excellent teaming and communication skills across organizations and levels of management.
  • Proven successful experience working in and leading in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex program requirements.
  • Experience with Open Plan Scheduling tools or equivalent critical path management tools.
  • Experience creating export files to EVM tools such as Cobra.
  • Proven experience leading broad cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and energetic nature with a driven desire for efficient process control.
  • Self-motivated and motivated to learn and teach.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs, projects, or initiatives.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. The base pay range for this position is $113,000.00-151,000.00 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on May 10th, 2025.
