Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Implementation Management Support Services:
- Plan and control the implementation of DAI for deploying new capabilities.
- Provide implementation status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead planning, execution, and support cutover activities.
- Develop "As-Is" and "To-Be" business process documents.
- Support business process reengineering and post-implementation workshops.
- Develop and report performance metrics.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and provide post-implementation customer support.
- Infrastructure Preparation Support Services:
- Provide on-site support for infrastructure and connectivity issue resolution.
- Document DAI infrastructure and workstation configuration requirements.
- Develop and execute Connectivity Test Plan.
- Troubleshoot technical DAI connectivity issues.
- Conduct IT Infrastructure survey and provide results.
- Compliance Management Sustainment Support Services:
- Ensure compliance of DAI releases with mandated standards.
- Assess audit readiness and internal control processes.
- Support internal and external audit requests.
- Conduct annual FFMIA testing.
- Develop and update technical documentation.
- Provide enterprise architecture support and compliance guidance.
- Integrated Solutions Management Development Support Services:
- Configure COTS application software.
- Design, programming, and installation/deployment of custom code.
- Develop technical documentation and peer reviews.
- Conduct requirements definition, design, and deployment of custom code.
- Provide Oracle Applications-based technical development and deployment.
- Support user-based training events and create training materials.
- Develop training ROI metrics and track actual returns post-event.
Requirements:
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have a Microsoft Certified Professional Certification.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, including implementation, infrastructure preparation, compliance management, and technical development.
- Must be proficient in Oracle EBS and related modules.
- Must have experience with software configuration, coding, and technical documentation.
- A deep understanding of federal and DoD regulations.
- The ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide infrastructure support.
- Knowledge of audit readiness and internal control processes.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferences:
- One of the following certifications: IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
- DFARS 252.239-7001 Information Assurance Contractor Training and Certification.
- One of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals, Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials.
