As a Systems Engineer, you'll help to scale the engineering teams of our global clients and build cool stuff. From designing advanced applications to integrating with external APIs, your expertise will drive innovation and success.

• Mastery in System Programming (C++ or Rust or GoLang)

• Able to open up abstractions (i.e ability to debug down into source code for C++ / Rust / GoLang and understand how things work)

• Solid networking experience (WebSockets / TCP / HTTP / UDP)

• Strong command of memory management and concurrency (thread-safe data structures, atomics, understanding weak vs strong refs)

• Strong ability in data structures and modelling - ability to model different systems and integrate them

• Strong grip on OS level sys-calls and how they map into application-level codebases

• Ability to understand large codebases without getting lost in them

• Strong understanding of high-performance computing and parallelism (Queues, Multi-threading and message passing)

• Key eye for beautiful interfaces and abstractions (API Design, System Architecture Docs)

• Ability to master different domains very quickly

• Excellent at documenting and creating technical design docs

• Fine eye for edge cases (i.e ability to find out what breaks things and thinking deep into what could go wrong)

• You are insanely hungry

• You've showcased extreme ownership in the past

• You learn on the go - ability to jump quickly into large unknowns and start to tackle them bit by bit

• You learn by doing - tinker and play with things until they make sense

• You have a keen eye for feedback loops to solve problems (iterate to get somewhere instead of trying to aim for the finish line)

• A bit of a perfectionist. You care deeply about your craft
