You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and our Enterprise Applications Manager to translate business goals into scalable, intelligent systems.

  • Build Salesforce automations, Flows, triggers, and validation rules that eliminate manual steps and enforce process excellence.
  • Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, accelerate deal velocity, and tighten sales execution.
  • Implement logic that ensures operational discipline (e.g., POC data must be logged before advancing a stage).
Integrate & Scale
  • Connect Salesforce with Clari, HubSpot, Gong, Zendesk, LeanData,Clay and other GTM tools using Torq, Workato, or native APIs.
  • Maintain and evolve our GTM systems architecture as we scale into hypergrowth.
  • Own QA, sandbox testing, documentation, and flawless Production releases.
Audit & Optimize
  • Conduct recurring data audits to maintain CRM hygiene, prevent downstream errors, and safeguard forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify system gaps, solve edge cases, and implement improvements that streamline end-to-end workflows.
  • Partner with RevOps to automate lead routing, entitlement creation, post-sale handoffs, and renewal workflows.
Collaborate & Enable
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security to understand pain points and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Document processes, train end users, and champion systems adoption across the GTM organization.
  • Serve as a key advisor to cross-functional leaders on scalable systems design.
What Great Looks Like
  • 99%+ Salesforce data accuracy and system uptime
  • 30% reduction in manual RevOps effort within six months
  • Zero untriaged validation or Apex errors in your first quarter
  • Clean, documented processes for sandbox testing and production releases
  • A strong reputation as a responsive, dependable systems owner
What You’ll Bring
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, GTM systems engineering, or RevOps architecture experience.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom fields, and data model design.
  • Strong understanding of GTM processes: lead lifecycle, opportunity management, campaign attribution, and customer handoff workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Clari, HubSpot, Gong, Zendesk, LeanData, or similar.
  • SFDC Certified
  • Clari Certified
  • Proficiency with SQL or SOQL; bonus points for Python or experience with Torq’s automation platform.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and turn complex business needs into clean system design.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a mindset that always asks, “How do we automate this?”
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Own critical systems that shape Torq’s growth trajectory.
  • Partner directly with RevOps, Product, and Security leadership at one of the fastest-growing automation companies.
  • Work in a culture that values speed, accountability, experimentation, and problem-solving.
  • Be part of a team that believes innovation isn’t a department—it’s a reflex.

As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to a team defined and empowered by diversity. We consider qualified applicants without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status or disability status.

We build AI for a living,  and we encourage candidates to use it to prep, research, and sharpen their best work. But we're hiring humans, not chatbots. We want the real you.  Use AI to tighten your resume, prep for interviews, research Torq, and outline ideas for written responses. Show up as yourself for live interviews, final assessments (the voice, logic, and reasoning need to be yours), and anywhere we're evaluating how you think — not how you prompt.

Excited about our vision and ready to make an impact as we grow? We'd love to see what you can bring to the team.
