Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Systems Analyst provides analysis, design, standardization, implementation, and maintenance of server and storage systems in support of all business units including publicly visible operations. This individual will also work with the core infrastructure teams to support and improve the portfolio of infrastructure systems with an enhanced focus on Database Administration. This would include working with multiple teams across the organization. This position reports to the Systems Manager.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $73,000 to $100,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions
- Under limited supervision provides analysis, design, standardization, implementation, and maintenance of retail audio systems, along with server/storage systems in support of all business units including publicly visible operations.
- Support Windows systems and business applications both on premises and in the cloud
- Primary position that updates, manages and monitors retail audio systems and servers in virtual environments including on premises plus cloud hosted systems.
- Administer the messaging environment to include configuration and support of e-mail, unified communication, and instant messaging systems
- Manage the company’s data storage systems while ensuring allocations in the production and development environments are maintained in accordance with business levels
- Configure, test and monitor servers both physical and virtual on a regular basis through manual and programmatic methods to identify, diagnose and resolve anomalies
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented environments for ease of operation, maintenance, identification, and handoff to other support departments.
- Monitor and enforce software compliance as applicable to ensure the environment stays current with technology and security demands.
- Maintains physical computer operating buildings or rooms including data center, MDFs, and IDFs for proper ATS functionality and UPS health
- Occasional onsite support of retail technology infrastructure
- Provide escalated support of the Audio/Visual infrastructure across multiple locations.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or technology field required
- 3+ years professional system infrastructure experience is required
- MCSE, VCP, and other system certifications preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Server 2016, 2019 & 2022
- Familiarity with onsite audio/visual technologies
- Proficient knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals
- Competence in programming languages and systems analysis tools
- Proficiency in interpreting data
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Highly self-motivated and directed

- Able to exercise independent judgment and act on it

Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movement
- No adverse or hazardous conditions
- Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
