  • Partner with cybersecurity staff to apply compliance-related security controls, assist with vulnerability remediation, and support audit readiness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, administrative changes, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Support IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, deployments, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with the IT Systems Manager to identify opportunities for system improvements and contribute to long-term IT planning.

THE SKILLSET:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting complex IT issues.
  • Experience with account management, permissions, patching, imaging, and system hardening.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred.
