About This Role:As an IT System Administrator focused on Manufacturing Systems, you’ll support Crusoe’s growing infrastructure by maintaining critical identity and application systems across both cloud and on-premise environments. This role is essential to keeping our manufacturing and hybrid environments optimized and secure. You’ll manage enterprise applications, support a distributed team, and ensure smooth operations between Denver HQ and our manufacturing facility in Arvada, CO.
What You’ll Be Working On:Administer and support enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, OKTA, and related SaaS systems
Manage identity and access control processes across cloud and on-prem environments
Monitor and respond to alerts and escalations in key systems (OKTA, Google Workspace)
Provide Tier 2 support for Windows and macOS environments
Support and maintain manufacturing-critical software such as AutoCAD, Windows-based CAD servers, and CNC tool integrations
Work with vendors on upgrades, provisioning, and technical troubleshooting
Document system processes, workflows, diagrams, and operational guides
Assist with GCP and Azure-based application deployment and integration
Ensure network and system readiness for machine-to-cloud communications in manufacturing environments
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
2+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering
OKTA Administrator Certification (or willingness to earn within 6–12 months)
Proficient in supporting Windows desktops and servers
Comfortable supporting macOS systems in a corporate environmentWorking knowledge of GCP and Azure environments
Experience supporting industrial systems and hybrid cloud/on-prem networks
Manufacturing Environment Experience (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with CAD tools like AutoCAD or SolidWorks
Experience with CNC systems or machine network interfaces
Understanding of MDM platforms and device security in hybrid IT environments

Compensation Range: Compensation will be paid in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 base salary. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
