Position Description:
NETSEA Technologies is seeking to fill multiple System Engineer positions in anticipation of a contract award. These roles offer exciting opportunities to contribute to mission-critical projects across various departments. Responsibilities:
- Support the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and sustainment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine system architectures and specifications.
- Interface with Army stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and mission requirements.
- Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system design descriptions, interface control documents, and test plans.
- Participate in configuration management and change control processes.
- Be responsible for engineering design, development, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support in equipment labs.
- Support technology insertion testing relative to emerging requirements and capabilities.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Hours: Normal business hours Monday - Friday
Travel: This position involves approximately 25% travel. Provide technical expertise at field locations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering (Preferred), Testing, or a related field.
- A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related system engineering experience. Alternatively, BS may be substituted with an additional 7 years of related experience performing system engineering functions.
- Experience supporting DoD or Army systems engineering efforts.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes (e.g., INCOSE, DoD 5000).
- Proficiency in tools used for modeling and requirements management platforms.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP, PMP, ITIL).
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Familiarity with Army acquisition processes and technical standards.

- DOD Secret Security clearance is required.
