The System Administration Consultant delivers implementation and managed services, assists clients with product configuration, and builds strong relationships.
Position Summary:
The System Administration Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other professional offerings to new and existing customers. This role will assist clients with configuration needs, provide guidance on optimal product setup, and align solutions with client processes. The consultant will configure company products on behalf of clients, advise on best practices, and build strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop a strong understanding of the company’s software to educate clients and provide best practice recommendations.
-Partner with clients to develop and implement initiatives that support their goals and objectives.
-Collect business requirements and implement changes within the company’s Consumer, Opening, and Portal systems.
-Organize tasks to maximize productivity, efficiently use resources, and meet project timelines.
-Create deliverables for clients, review results, and provide recommendations using a consultative approach.
-Identify potential issues early, resolve them proactively, and communicate product improvements.
-Support effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
-Provide proactive, responsive client service, ensuring questions and requests are addressed promptly.
-Contribute to knowledge sharing and service innovation initiatives within the team.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-2–4 years of related experience in loan origination or account origination systems.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft systems.
-Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects and collaborate with team members on more complex initiatives.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined procedures and practices.
-Effective at building productive client and team relationships.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Comfort with remote presentations and group discussions.
-Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities.
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Salary range of $78,100-$110,300. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
