Synergy Sports provides world-class video scouting for baseball and softball globally at all professional and amateur levels and is seeking qualified candidates to attend baseball and softball events as Video Scouts throughout the 2025 season. Video Scouts will capture live multi-angle video footage of assigned games on-site, track lineups and rosters, and upload video/data to the Synergy platform. Majority of events are in the Summer between June and August, however there are Spring and Fall opportunities if

Video scouts are paid per day based on number of fields and games worked. Video Scouts may also have the opportunity to work from home on special projects when there are no assigned events. Many past successful Synergy Video Scouts have moved on to roles with MLB clubs and collegiate baseball/softball organizations.

Payment: $180 - $300 per day. Daily wage earned is dependent on number of games worked.
