We're growing quickly and are scaling up. As an Support Specialist, you'll provide chat, email and zoom support to Canopy Connect’s agency product customers to ensure that they receive the help they need in a timely manner.

This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup. 

About you

  • Willing to work PST hours (9am to 5pm)
  • 1 year experience in a customer facing support role in a fintech, insurtech or SaaS company.
  • Understanding of common sales support tools like chat, shared inboxes, and video.
  • Exception written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn software platforms quickly.
  • Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
  • Bonus: Experience using Hubspot and Stripe.
  • Bonus: Deep insurance industry knowledge.
  • Bonus: Programming experience in any language and experience with SQL databases.

Please note that we are only accepting candidates who are authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

The expected salary range for this position is: $60k - $80k.
