The Team:
Gloo360 is the premier managed services provider (MSP) division of Gloo dedicated to delivering comprehensive technology and operational support to non-profit organizations and mission-driven enterprises. By managing critical systems such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and enterprise platforms like Workday, Salesforce, and HubSpot, Gloo360 empowers its partners to focus on their core missions. Through innovative solutions, strategic integrations, and exceptional customer support, Gloo360 ensures operational excellence while driving efficiency, scalability, and transformative impact for the organizations it serves.
The Opportunity:
As a Support Engineer - IT & Networking Support Services on the Gloo360 team, you will become a trusted technology partner for external clients across a wide range of industries. You'll provide hands-on technical support, manage device systems, and play a key role in delivering seamless onboarding experiences and maintaining secure, high-performing technology environments. This is a hybrid role based in Colorado Springs (South Denver preferred), with 1-2+ days onsite at client sites in the Palmer Lake/CO Springs area and occasional travel to the HQ office in Boulder, CO.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serving as a go-to resource for client users by delivering multi-channel technical support through tickets, email, phone, and chat platforms.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues across macOS and Windows environments with confidence and efficiency.
  • Managing IT onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Overseeing endpoint management tools and device fleets to maintain optimal performance and security standards.
  • Supporting productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office365, Zoom, Slack, and others, ensuring clients can work effectively.
  • Coordinating vendor relationships for hardware repairs, A/V systems, and office tech infrastructure, both remotely and on-site.
  • Assisting with security audits, disaster recovery processes, and facility security systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
  • Delivering proactive solutions to optimize client IT systems, improve employee tech experiences, and elevate organizational performance.

What We're Looking For:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting IT Helpdesk operations, including Tier 1 & Tier 2 support.
  • Hands-on skills in troubleshooting both Dell (PC) and Apple (Mac, iOS) hardware/software.
  • Proficiency in endpoint management tools and platforms such as JAMF, Google Workspace, Office365, Okta, and Zoom.
    Familiarity with A/V conferencing systems, printers, and facility IT tools.
  • Basic command-line knowledge and Bash scripting is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills-you're approachable, clear, and thrive in collaborative environments.
  • A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a genuine desire to grow your technical expertise.
  • Physical capability to occasionally lift or transport devices and navigate between office environments.
  • Certifications like A+, Network+, Security+ or vendor-specific credentials (Cisco, Apple, Dell, etc.) are a bonus but not required.

Job Location: Hybrid - Colorado Springs/South Denver
Compensation: $85,000 - 105,000
