This is an opportunity to shape a high-impact business area that is core to Moloco’s global monetization strategy.

The Opportunity:

  • Deliver best-in-class publisher experiences that maximize value from Moloco’s SDK, direct advertiser demand, and machine learning-powered monetization products.

This role is pivotal to strengthening Moloco’s position as a growth engine for app developers and publishers globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the SMB growth strategy to achieve revenue and engagement goals and drive sustained momentum into future cycles.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of SMB partners with an emphasis on retail, commerce platforms, and independent app publishers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and close new publisher partnerships, leveraging data-driven insights and strong negotiation skills.

Portfolio Management & Expansion

  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing SMB publishers to increase adoption, mitigate churn, and unlock new monetization opportunities.
  • Drive partner activation and expansion efforts, using performance analytics to optimize inventory usage and product engagement.

Operational Excellence

  • Own reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility for the SMB segment.
  • Monitor performance trends, uncover insights, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks or enhance product value.
  • Champion operational rigor and scalable processes for onboarding, launch, and ongoing support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Experience, Product, Solutions, and Sales teams to align roadmap priorities with SMB business needs.
  • Provide publisher feedback and influence product enhancements to improve long-term platform engagement.

External Representation

  • Represent Moloco externally by engaging with the SMB and publisher community, attending industry events, and contributing to thought leadership where appropriate.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing SMB accounts or long tail publisher ecosystems within ad tech, platform monetization, or related media / tech environments.
  • Proven ability to drive growth while maintaining high retention and strong partner relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into decisions and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ability to operate with autonomy and own a full book of business, balancing execution with strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Capable of evangelizing strategy, aligning stakeholders, and influencing outcomes across teams.
  • (preferred) Experience working with programmatic advertising, SDK monetization products, or ad tech platforms.
