Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS); Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems; regulatory requirements specific to the Company, site, and business; and Company policies and operating procedures.
- Coordinates supply planning efforts across 20+ manufacturing sites, enabling on-time, in-full delivery against customer demand and revenue plans.
- Drives the SIOP cadence by aligning supply plans with unconstrained demand forecasts, financial goals, and operational constraints.
- Develops and maintains constraint-based planning models and tools to improve agility and responsiveness.
- Partners with site-level planning teams to implement standardized processes and ensure consistent execution.
- Serves as a subject matter expert in planning forums, supporting alignment across Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance.
- Identifies and recommends systemic enhancements to planning processes, data flows, and performance tracking (e.g., forecast consumption, capacity modeling, safety stock strategy).
- Champions the use of advanced planning tools and analytics, transforming data into actionable insights and supporting adoption across sites.
- Supports planning system implementations and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with IT and Digital teams.
- Provides analytical support for global supply management, including monthly and annual reporting, site and enterprise analyses, and risk/opportunity identification.
- Develops and maintains training materials for supply planning processes and facilitates knowledge sharing across teams.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or similar technical discipline. APICS certification desirable. Masters Preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in supply planning, operations planning, or integrated business planning, with a strong multi-site background. Strong communication and influencing skills to lead cross-functional consensus. Analytical mindset with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel modeling expertise.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Specialized Knowledge:
- Strong technical aptitude with respect to Operations Planning systems, Capacity Requirements planning and processes.
- Must include Statistical, Trend, and Modeling knowledge.
- Power BI experience. Oracle and Oracle Cloud experience preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with respect to Operations Planning systems, Capacity Requirements planning and processes.
- Specialized Skills:
- First-hand experience working within large data sets.
- Proven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change.
- Strong communication, oral and written.
- Demonstrated applied problem-solving skills. Proficient to advanced computer and presentation skills.
- Proven experience leading SIOP/IBP processes in complex manufacturing environments.
- Other:
- Travel (~40%) may be required.
