Position: Supply Planner
Department: Supply Chain for Olive & June
Work Location: 100% Remote
What you will be doing:
In this role, the Supply Planning Analyst will be responsible for supply planning across all assigned product categories, including production planning, inventory management, and procurement planning. You will ensure supply alignment to satisfy all demand streams while maintaining inventory targets & safety stock. You will be optimizing our systems, processes, and tools used to plan within our existing & future supply chain & will be critical in scaling the supply chain to meet the needs of the business during a period of rapid growth. You will work closely with internal fulfillment & procurement teams to plan & optimize supply, ensuring the right items are at the right place at the right time.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, structured & organized, results-oriented, a creative problem solver, adept at balancing multiple priorities, loves numbers & data, is intellectually curious, and communicates clearly & concisely. You have a strong bias for action, are never satisfied with the status quo, and are excited & motivated by the rewards & challenges of quickly scaling a high-growth company.
This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain and Demand Planning.
Manage full scope of day-to-day physical kit planning, procurement planning, & inventory management of components, packaging, and finished goods at each stage of the supply chain.
Recommend POs based on forecast & inventory levels.
Manage inventory levels of components, packaging, and finished goods through analysis of reports to ensure proper levels of stock at all stages & places of the supply chain.
Manage day-to-day operations with our external production partners.
Troubleshoot & quickly resolve inventory issues at our external production partners, related to scheduling and material availability.
Manage the tactical execution of new product & packaging rollouts.
Create & actively manage the supply plan, ingesting forecasts produced by the demand planning function.
Actively partner with external stakeholders to strengthen & sustain relationships, maintain open communication, & ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Actively seek supply chain optimization opportunities and cost savings.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering
1+ years in Supply Chain experience
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in CPG and/or the beauty industry
Experience using sheets as an ERP
In California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $70,287.23 - $105,430.85 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
