What you’ll do
Our Performance & Technology (P&T) team is seeking a Vice President to help companies unlock value at critical inflection points—whether navigating growth, complexity, or turnaround situations. We work across a variety of industries delivering hands-on impact in procurement, operations, supply chain, and transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will focus on sourcing and procurement, working directly with client executives to shape strategy and lead implementation of cost-reduction and capability-building initiatives. You’ll help clients rethink category strategies, run sourcing events, and lead negotiations—all while embedding best-in-class procurement practices and delivering measurable savings.
You’ll be driving change and delivering results in dynamic and often high-pressure environments. You’ll collaborate across functions and levels—working not just in procurement, but across the broader value chain, including operations, supply planning, and supply network optimization.
This is an opportunity to grow quickly and be part of a fast-paced, high-impact team that values analytical depth, problem solving, and the ability to lead.
