The Anduril Battlespace Awareness Radar team develops state-of-the-art radar systems, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The Radar team is seeking a Phased Array Engineer to help us design, program, test, and deploy the next generation of US radars. The Radar team is responsible for all aspects of radar system development, from the ideation stage through initial production. In this role, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary technical team to define radar architectures, design solutions, build prototypes, perform testing, and mature the prototypes into products.
About the JobAs a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Supplier Operations by helping to identify, track, and resolve supplier-related issues. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management, operations, and analytics while contributing to the foundation of scalable supplier accountability and performance management as Anduril continues to grow. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure expectations are clearly communicated and operational challenges are consistently addressed. Your efforts will help improve supplier performance, streamline processes, and ensure supplier compliance in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Assist in identifying and documenting supplier-related issues across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with teams such as Material Flow, Quality, and Accounting to improve issue-tracking and classification processes.
- Help implement standardized tools and processes for tracking supplier performance and resolving operational issues.
- Work directly with suppliers, including occasional on-site engagements, to ensure alignment with delivery expectations and requirements.
- Validate issue data for completeness, accuracy, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze trends in supplier-related issues to identify recurring challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Support supplier accountability initiatives, such as preparing data and insights for performance review meetings.
- Encourage consistent adoption of issue-tracking tools and documentation standards company-wide.
- Generate regular reports and insights for leadership to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline).
- Strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach to taking initiative (bias for action).
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
- Interest in or familiarity with supplier performance and supply chain management concepts.
- Some exposure to data tools or systems such as Atlassian suite, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms (not required but nice to have).
- Demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform decisions.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
