 About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Analyst to join our Manufacturing team. This role will support the manufacturing and logistics function working closely with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), helping to manage internal operations, and support the commercial team to ensure seamless product flow, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience looking to deepen their impact across the supply chain lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you'll accomplish

  • Coordinate shipments to and from CMOs and third-party logistics providers, ensuring timely pickup, delivery, and documentation
  • Support monthly reporting by tracking freight costs
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to support customer order fulfillment and ensure a smooth delivery experience
  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to internal stakeholders
  • Assist with inventory audits, goods receipts, and shipping documentation
  • Identify and help resolve issues or inefficiencies in the logistics workflow
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and documentation

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination (manufacturing or CMO experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, etc.)
  • Strong command of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with inventory tracking systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
