About the Role
Lyric is hiring a Supply Chain Implementation Consultant to join our growing Customer Success team. This is a hands-on, entry-level role designed to help launch your career in enterprise software, supply chain, and customer delivery. You will contribute to real-world implementation work, gain direct exposure to customer interactions, and rapidly build domain expertise through coaching and collaboration.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and develop both business and technical skills in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in how Lyric delivers value to our customers and scales our onboarding experience.
What You'll Do
Customer Onboarding and Training
Lead Lyric 101 training sessions and onboarding workshops for new customer teams
Maintain and improve onboarding collateral and the customer training hub
Partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for every new customer
Support the development of scalable onboarding practices across the Customer Success team
Delivery and Implementation Support
Provide hands-on support for active implementations, including data validation, scenario testing, and documentation
Assist with the transition from onboarding to ongoing delivery by supporting core implementation tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Professional Services, Product, and Support
Mindset and Growth
Maintain a strong learning mindset and incorporate feedback regularly
Take initiative to improve customer experiences, internal processes, and training content
Stay proactive and communicate clearly while working through ambiguity
About You
0 to 2 years of experience in consulting, operations, customer success, or related analytical roles
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field; backgrounds in industrial engineering or operations research strongly preferred
Bonus: Coursework, internship, or project experience in supply chain, analytics, or enterprise software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly coachable, with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesEnthusiasm for learning supply chain concepts and enterprise planning workflows
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Location
Chicago Mero-Area preferred
Work regularly from Lyric’s Chicago office, if based locally, to support peer learning and mentorship
Willingness to travel up to 50% for onboarding workshops, customer delivery sessions, or team events
Compensation
The annual compensation range for this position is $70,000 and $100,000 in on-target earnings. Base cash will be determined based on years of experience with a 20% variable compensation that is earned based on individual & business performance. You will also have the opportunity to receive equity in Lyric.
