Reporting to Supply Chain leadership, you will participate in Conagra’s 36-month Supply Chain Development Program designed to accelerate your growth into a future Supply Chain leader. You will complete year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions, including a manufacturing assignment, gaining hands-on experience and a broad understanding of Conagra’s end-to-end supply chain. You will partner with teams across the organization, solve real business challenges, and contribute to delivering the products consumers know and love every day.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities
  • Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands-on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
  • Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results
  • Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders
  • Gain experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Logistics
    • Environmental Health and Safety
    • Planning
    • Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science
    • Procurement
    • Food Safety
    • Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement
    • Risk
    • Manufacturing
  • Relocate for rotational assignments as required by business needs.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field completed by June 2027
  • Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
  • Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Compensation 

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
